Where are you located? Our Resort is situated in the Marche region in the province of Pesaro Urbino, specifically in the locality of Marotta. We are in a privileged position: directly by the sea, with no roads to cross. In front of the Bungalows, there is only the beach and the sea.

 

Can I cook for my child? What can I find there with you? We have a self-service kitchen available 24/24, where basic preparations for feeding children and infants are available, such as vegetable or meat broth, pureed vegetables, and cheese. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances.

 

Is the pool suitable for young children? Certainly, the pool has three levels of depth: the deepest is about 145 cm. Furthermore, a lifeguard is present to ensure safety.

 

What are the differences between the various types of rooms? What differentiates the rooms is the location and available area. While the interior equipment of the rooms is similar. For more details about the rooms, you can visit the dedicated page.

 

Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, it's free everywhere, the password will be provided directly at check-in.

 

Is there parking? Certainly, within our facility, there is parking included in the estimate and accessible only to customers of the Beach rooms. For other room types, it will be in front of the Resort entrance or available inside with a supplement of €15 per day. Parking is not covered and not guarded.

 

And if my child falls ill during the stay? No problem, the pediatric emergency room at the hospital in Senigallia is only 9 km away.

 

Are pets allowed? Is there a supplement? Pets are allowed with a supplement of €10 per day. However, we remind you that regarding swimming in the sea, regulations (ordinance of the Harbor Master's Office) do not allow dogs to swim in the area in front of the Resort. There is a special area of the Municipality less than 1 km away where it is allowed to take them for a swim. Animals, for sanitary hygiene reasons, are not allowed in the restaurant area and common areas (restaurant area, bar area, and pool area), as well as out of respect for those who do not have a dog.

 

What should we bring for the children? The hotel is equipped with the necessary items. In the room, you can request camping cots with corresponding bedding, bathtubs for bathing, toilet reducers, stools/boosters, and side safety rails. For other specific needs, we recommend asking during the booking phase.

 

Do I need to bring linens like sheets and towels? No, the room is cleaned daily with towel changes as needed by the guest. We provide both bed linens (including for camping cots) and bathroom linens.

 

Is your beach sandy or pebbly? Do children need suitable shoes? Our beach is made up of medium/small-sized gravel pebbles. For children, we recommend wearing suitable shoes. Additionally, we provide the "Baby Beach": a play area with lots of sand for building castles, with a slide and a swing.

 

What is included in the beach offer? Included in the offer, you will have a beach umbrella, a sunbed, and a deck chair per room. Any additional sunbeds or deck chairs should be requested during your stay with a supplement of €10 per day. It is not possible to substitute the deck chair for a sunbed.

 

What time is check-in? Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive before that time, you can already enjoy all the services of the All-Inclusive Experience Vacation starting from lunch.

 

What time is check-out? We kindly ask guest families to vacate the rooms by 9:30 AM.

 

Is lunch included on the day of arrival and departure? The live-cooking buffet and pizzeria lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Lunch is included on the day of arrival, no prior notice is required. On the day of departure, the stay ends with the breakfast service.

 

Does your restaurant offer gluten-free cuisine? And in case of allergies or intolerances? Our restaurant does not have AIC certification, but over the years, we have hosted several adults and children with celiac disease; our kitchen is always attentive and accommodating to the needs and considerations of the case. During meals, the Chef and the Maître d'hôtel will advise you on what buffet (served) items you can eat, or alternatively, a specially prepared dish will be offered. I also inform you that breakfast biscuits, bread, and pasta for celiacs are always available; other special foods should be provided by the customer.

Our menu always offers a rich variety of dishes, including appetizers, first courses, main courses, and side dishes. However, it is possible to request menu variations for those with dietary issues (celiac disease, intolerances, allergies), at no additional cost. We ask you to communicate this during the booking process for organizational reasons.

The tourist tax is excluded from the estimate.

 

What do the children do during the day? Our animation team offers a very rich program of daily activities and is divided by age groups.

And if I need to reach you by train? The nearest station is Marotta - Mondolfo, about 3 km away, or the Senigallia station, which is about 6 km away; in both cases, it is necessary to use the taxi service to reach us (we do not have a shuttle service). We recommend using the Senigallia station as there is a 24-hour taxi service available, while in Marotta, it is only available upon request.
