Conditions always valid
In case of early departure and interruption of the stay, the following conditions will apply:
d) The penalty deposit and the balance of the stay will not be refunded. The services used up to the moment of departure will be re-calculated applying the list prices without discounts, and an amount corresponding to 3 nights will also be charged based on the list price.
Art. 20 Competent Court:
the parties agree that in case of disputes, the customer must submit a written complaint and allow the facility to remedy and/or provide clarifications. In case of customer dissatisfaction, the customer is required to initiate assisted negotiations as a condition of processability.
The following payment methods are accepted: cash, Bancomat, Visa, Cartasi, and Mastercard. (NB: credit cards belonging to networks other than those mentioned are not accepted). Finally, we remind you that for cash payments, there is a limit of €5,000.00 per person.
The conditions of the confirmed holiday at the time of booking and accepted in the "Booking Confirmation" contract cannot be modified or deducted upon arrival at the property, except for documented serious reasons.
